I’m really good at taking a look at your “big picture” set-up on a day-to-day basis and whittling it down to the basics. This includes stripping away the detritus, the bullshit, the minutia that doesn’t matter. We’ll sit down together, lay it all out on the table and then start with a clean slate. We’ll start with the EAT. SLEEP. MOVE. categories and build from there. We’ll tackle some tough questions and some tough decisions, but in the end you’ll feel lighter, more freeing. Life will be more manageable. You will be clear on your priorities and your non-negotiables. You’ll see what baseline self-care can really do for you – how it can make you feel and how it can make everything else you do that much better.

The thing is, this stuff takes practice. Your life won’t miraculously shift overnight. The beauty, however, is that with sincere intention, some kick-ass guide posts and the proper support, true shifts can and will happen in time. That’s where I come in. We can certainly sit down and come up with a game plan for your daily, weekly and monthly flow. But we can also take it a step further by setting up a coaching relationship. Here is where the magic truly happens. If we think it will be a good fit, we will connect and work together for a 3-month period of time. We’ll meet every other week, you’ll rock it out with my weekly and daily accountability measures and you’ll receive a ton of tips, tricks and tidbits of inspiration along the way. Crazy fun actually. All in the spirit of taking care of the body so that everything else becomes fan-fricking-tastic.
