Welcome! Glad to connect on what very well could be one of the most incredible things you do for yourself. What is starting as a challenge will become routine. Small shifts in your schedule and mindset will lead to monumental shifts in your life. Let’s get started.
The first step is to take inventory. This includes taking stock of your priorities, your obligations, your indulgences, your wish list. It also includes writing down everything you do for one entire week.
Once we get clear on your “big rocks” (aka non-negotiables, top-priorities, etc.) we can get to work on the nitty-gritty – this is where tiny shifts can make a difference. The big goal here is to make enough room in your schedule for baseline self-care. When you’re eating well, sleeping well and moving your body on a regular basis, you are going to see the benefits reaching every other part of your life.

For your life inventory, think about all of the things you want to do vs. all of the things you have to do. Part of our work together will be sorting through these items and determining what stuff may have fallen into the “have to do” list, when in actuality, you can choose to take it off table completely.
Our goal is to free up space and time for our non-negotiables: EAT. SLEEP. MOVE.
I’m excited to get started on this challenge, this process, this journey with you. Taking this first step and saying YES to this partnership tells me that you are serious about turning those small shifts and into lasting change. Change in the sense that you begin to operate on a whole new level. Nourishing yourself = feeling better in all other parts of your life.
I’ll be in touch to schedule our first session once I receive your life inventory. Have fun (keep it light) tracking your time for one week. This will form the basis for our plan.
Until soon!
Lynn xo
